Please note, we do not accept walk in appointments. On occasion we may have a cancelation available. Generally we need about a week notice. Saturdays and holidays book up quicker!

Appointments
Most pets are available for pick up in 2.5 to 4 hours. If you like we will call if your pet is done sooner.
To keep stress levels at a minimum, all day stays are not encouraged, but are accepted for well behaved pets.
Prior to drop off: Please make sure your pet is exercised to avoid unnecessary accidents that may result in rebathing fees.
Most often when the owner stay for the duration of the grooming process, it is more distracting to your pet as well as the others in the salon. This can result in a longer and more stressful process. For this reason it is not recommended that pet owners stay.
Our salon have been design wity a fully visible grooming area to give pet parents peace of mind.
