Pickup Information
Most pets are ready for pickup within 2 to 4 hours. If your furry friend finishes early, we’ll gladly give you a call so you can come sooner.
To keep things calm and comfortable, please try to arrive on time but not early for pick up.
Before Drop-Off
A little exercise before you bring your pet in can help them relax and prevent accidents. This helps avoid any extra re-bathing fees.
We understand your desire to be involved, but pop-in visits or staying throughout the grooming can often distract your pet and others, leading to a longer and more stressful experience. For your pet’s comfort and safety, we recommend allowing our skilled team to work without interruptions.
Our salon features a fully visible grooming area, giving you peace of mind while we care for your pet.
